I needed Bumper Scuff repair after a rushed moment left a noticeable mark on my car, but what followed was a surprisingly simple fix that restored the look.

Later that evening, I started looking around and came across AutoScratch. The site felt straightforward, so I sent over a few photos and a short explanation. I got a reply sooner than expected with a quote that seemed acceptable, and we arranged a convenient time.

On the day, the technician arrived on time and walked me through the process in a approachable way. First, the damaged area was more info properly cleaned to remove any dirt. Then came the sanding, which evened the surface. A small amount of filler was used since the scratch had a slight depth, and once that set, the colour matching began. I was impressed by how closely they matched the paint, it looked spot on. The blending process followed, where the new paint was evenly worked into the surrounding area so there were no harsh lines. Finally, everything was polished, giving it a clean shine. Watching each step made me realise how much detail goes into what seems like a simple repair.

Once it was all done, the scratch was basically gone unless I really looked for it. The whole experience felt hassle free, especially since I did not need to leave home. The turnaround was efficient, and the workmanship was clearly skilled. That said, I do think this kind of service is best for smaller issues rather than anything too severe.
